The hotel offered a fantastic free shuttle that made it super easy for us to get around with the kiddos. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed for our family, making our stay really comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, better communication about shuttle times would help families with children.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast spread was delightful, and they even made us a special breakfast when we arrived late. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing.

I really enjoyed my time here. The spacious room allowed my family to spread out comfortably. The staff was friendly and recommended a fantastic local barbecue joint just down the road. Be sure to grab a plate of their ribs! Awesome hot breakfast selection, too.

The suite was roomy and had a nice kitchen—it felt like having a mini apartment. I was really impressed when the staff reached out to me via text before my arrival, making sure I'd be comfortable as soon as I got there.

I stayed for three nights in a two-bedroom suite, which was both spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it very convenient for my family. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, which included a nice selection of options. One area for improvement would be the check-in process, as it felt a bit rushed and could use a friendlier approach.

The hotel provided a comfortable room and friendly staff who were really attentive, especially Ariel, who made breakfast special for my kids. However, the air conditioning was disappointing, making the room less cool than expected, and noise from the hallway was bothersome at times.

It was a perfect match for a relaxing holiday in Charlotte with good value for the price. The staff were helpful during check-in and made the process easy. Just make sure to ask about the pool hours for a refreshing dip.
